San Diego FC continues to build a competitive squad as the 2025 season progresses, officially announcing the loan signing of Aiden Harangi from Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt. The agreement will keep the young defender in San Diego through the end of the 2025 MLS season, pending receipt of his International Transfer Certificate (ITC).

🌍 Developed in Germany, Experienced on the International Stage

Born in Reston, Virginia, Harangi has spent the past six years within Eintracht Frankfurt’s youth system, rising through the ranks and featuring for Frankfurt II in Germany’s Hessenliga and Regionalliga Südwest. Over the last two seasons, he made 22 appearances (16 starts) and logged over 1,600 minutes of playing time.

On the international level, Harangi has been a consistent presence across U.S. Youth National Teams, from U-17 to U-20, earning 24 caps. He played a key role in the 2024 Concacaf U-20 Championship, where the U.S. team finished as runners-up. Additionally, Harangi holds dual citizenship and has represented Hungary at the U-16 and U-17 levels, appearing in five matches.
