Xolos Femenil crush Necaxa 5-1 to earn their first win of the season

After opening the season with two defeats against Rayadas and Atlético de San Luis, Xolos Femenil returned home determined to earn their first points of the campaign.

The match was also special for Michel Fong, who made her 100th appearance for Xolos before joining the Mexico U-20 Women's National Team for the upcoming World Cup.

The game immediately turned into a goal-filled affair. In just the second minute, Jacqueline García gave Xolos a 1-0 lead. Necaxa responded in the 11th minute through a spectacular goal from Peralta.

Xolos quickly regained the lead. One minute later, Kader Hancar made it 2-1, before Trudy Carter extended the advantage to 3-1 in the 15th minute.

Necaxa had a chance to get back into the game from the penalty spot but failed to convert. Xolos immediately punished the miss, with Hancar scoring her second goal of the night in the 28th minute.

The celebration continued in the 39th minute, when Hancar converted a penalty to complete her hat-trick and give Xolos a commanding 5-1 victory.

After the match, Fernando Samayoa highlighted his relationship with the squad, saying: "I see all of them as my daughters," reflecting the sense of unity he is building within the team.

With the result, Xolos Femenil earn their first win of the season and regain confidence after a difficult start. The Tijuana side will now travel to Guadalajara to face Atlas, looking to build on this performance.
